The room was reasonably large, had luxurious private bathroom. It had comfy beds and a particularly nice view of city. The location was absolutely perfect - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly. They made us feel welcomed before and during our stay. The convenient location was perfect for both the train station and the city's attractions. the team went above and beyond by offering to store our coolbag in their fridge downstairs since our room didn't have a mini fridge.
Our stay was marred by a few negatives. there was a lot of noise from the road outside, with late-night shouting from people living on the street and early morning noise from delivery vans, which disturbed our sleep.

The staff were amazing! They were warm and friendly, and always willing to help. The location was great - close to the train station and the main tourist sites. I appreciated the great shower and comfortable bed.
The noise outside was a bit of a problem. There were lots of drunk people shouting on the street below at night, and delivery vans early in the morning.
